Guest Policy
For Pregnancy Scans, Fertility scans and any Blood Tests you may attend with a maximum of 5 guests (including children if desired however please be aware that a transvaginal scan may be offered at these appointments)
For scans and blood test appointments, children must be accompanied by another adult*
*Children will not be permitted into the Blood (Phlebotomy) Room for safety.
**Children are not permitted to remain in the reception/clinical rooms unaccompanied.
If you require a translator, please let us know in advance of your booking.
Please note, a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 will be required on all bookings. For longer/detailed appointments a non-refunable deposit of £45 is required.
As your appointment is a medical examination which cannot be rushed, late arrivals to appointments of more than 5 minutes will have their deposit forfeited and will be asked to re-book.
We are a phlebotomy service and cannot advise on tests/results. Please present your results to your healthcare provider
